來復條搖床

來復條在床面上的布置形式一般是成直線并與傳動方向平行布置,也有在中間將1段或2段來復條布置成傾斜的,這種布置方式又稱為波形來復條。這種來復條容易使輕礦物排出,能夠扶高搖床的處理量,并且由于礦粒沿來復條運行的距離增長,有于回收率的提高。但這種來復條加工較麻煩,傾斜段和直線段Bt接口不易吻合,因此,生產上仍多采用以平行直線形式布置的東復條。
來復條在床面上布置的疏密程度對搖床的分選指標有影響,較密的來復條,重礦物受到的保護機會增多,精礦回收率增加。任來復條也不能布置得太密,否則精礦產率過大,影響精礦品位。東復條之間一般是等距離布置,有的床面的來復條采用疏密結合Bt形式布置,從給礦側到排礦側,來復條由密變疏,這種布置較又合理。
來復條從傳動端到精礦區逐漸尖滅,各來復條尖滅點的連線為尖滅線,尖滅線與排礦側的夾角稱作尖滅角。尖滅角的大小對搖床處理量和其他技術指標有影響;尖滅角減小,則精礦區加長,可強化精選過程,對提高精礦品位有利;但尖滅角減小后,給礦槽縮短,在處理量相同的條件下,礦流集中,造成層礦品位和損失率增高;尖滅角過大,則不利于提高精礦品位。
尖滅角一般以35°一45°為宜。處理粒度粗、品位低的物料時,要求尖滅角;處理粒度細、品位高的物料時,要求尖滅角大。老將來復條長短相間布置,則尖滅線有2條。這種布置將增加中礦帶的寬度,有利于產品的截取。
